How Water Fog Smoke Formed

Application Technology:
1.Spray effect: Pulsed fog machine adopts pulsed power, the diameter of the spray fog particles is 0.5-10 microns, the water fog after the spray is strong, and diffused in the air, can be positive and negative in the vegetable leaves and stem adhesion, and form a layer of water film, It has greatly increased the chance of contact with pathogens and pests, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling pests and diseases. At the same time, according to our determination of the boot work, the water mist emitted by the fog generator is about 48 °C at the exit temperature of the burst pipe, and the 30 cm position is about 26 °C. Such temperatures do not reduce the efficacy of pesticides and fungicides.
2.Spray distance: pulsed mist machine spray, should be more than 0.5 meters away from the vegetable leaves, this can effectively avoid the spray mouth to the vegetable leaves burn.
3.Jet height: The spray height and amplitude of the fog machine are generally 6-10 meters. In the shed or exposed environment without wind, the spray range and height will increase, especially in the morning, evening or cloudy days. The static injection distance can reach more than ten meters. Add smoke agent, can spray height up to 20-30 meters.
4.Spray concentration: depending on the variety of pesticides, generally mastered is 2-3 times the amount of commonly used drugs. Because the fog particles emitted by the fog machine are very subtle, they will not cause any harm to the vegetables.
5.The amount of medicine used for spraying: General pulse fog machine medicine tank volume 15 liters, spray a bucket of syrup, depending on the growth period of vegetables 10 to 15 minutes. Water consumption per acre is reduced by more than two thirds compared to ordinary sprayers.
6.The scope of application: sprinkle field crops, fruit trees, green trees and greenhouse vegetables, fruit trees, or health and epidemic prevention and sanitation and transportation.
