The integrated machine combines a group of sand removing cyclones and a group of desilting cyclones on a vibrating screen, and the drilling fluid is first separated by a sand removing cyclone or a desilting cyclone, and the overflow returns to the spiral circulation system. The bottom stream is further sieved by a vibrating screen, and if necessary, the vibrating screen of the integrated machine can also be directly used as a pre-stage vibrating screen.

The cyclone is made of wear-resistant special polyurethane material, which has good resistance to fluid scouring and corrosion resistance; the feed line is tangentially fed, and the smooth transition is beneficial to improve the separation efficiency; the inner surface is smooth and the circulation is reasonable.

The dehumidifier cyclone has a circular distribution, so that the cyclones are pressure balanced and the flow rate is uniform.
