1. Feature:
The forged steel grinding ball is excellent in surface quality, toughness, and resistance to impact and abrasion. It won't crack and lose circularity easily.
1) In general, forged grinding steel ball has high hardness: Surface hardness to 55-67 HRC, volume hardness of 56-64 HRC
2) impact toughness high: Impact toughness more than 12 J / cm2.
3) broken rate is low: Peel fragmentation resistance property of over 20000 times. The actual breakage rate not greater than 1% and close to 0.
