Carbon Fiber Heat Lamps' Description
Carbon fiber heating lamp is a kind of far infrared radiation source, which is made by weaving carbon fiber into electric heating wire and putting it into quartz tube. The lamps can be divided into straight-line heating lamps with mandrels, U-shaped heating lamps, pear-shaped heating lamps and special-shaped heating lamps according to their shapes.
Carbon fiber heating lamps are often used as an infrared emitter in industry, such as to dry paints, plastics, food, chemical liquids, etc.
Compared with hot air drying, infrared drying has the following advantages: more energy conservation, faster temperature rise, more environmentally friendly， wider scope of application and less space.
Compared with stainless steel electric heating element or fin tube heat exchanger，infrared drying has the following advantages: Higher energy efficiency, faster temperature rise （The surface temperature of the lamp can reach 500 ℃ in 10s）, Stronger corrosion resistance to acid and alkali, Shorter thermal lag time, power without attenuation, no impulse current at Start-up.
