Quartz sand dewatering filtration
Our equipment is mainly use in the final process of quartz sand production: quartz sand dewatering filtration. Ceramic filter realizes solid-liquid separation of the quartz sand slurry which has been crushed, ball milled and floated, and finaly obtain quartz sand.
Our equipment is mainly used in the last process in sand washing industry: dewatering and filtration of muddy water. The ceramic filter has a very good mud and water separation effect on the mud which flows through the crusher, the vibrating screen, the sand washing machine and the cyclone. The filtered mud is dry and can be directly transported to the brick factory for the production of building bricks. The filtered liquid is as clear as pure water and can be recycled as a factory water source.
The advantages of ceramic filters are as follows:
First, the power consumption is low, the power is only 12-20KW per hour, and the energy consumption is low.
Second, the filtered material is dry, the moisture content is about 10%, and the product has no loss, reaches 100% recovery.
Third, fully automatic control, can achieve one person to guard multiple devices or directly access the control center to achieve unattended.
Fourth, the liquid produced by the equipment is clear as pure water, and can be used directly as a production water source, which can achieve 90% water source recovery, greatly reducing the water consumption of the factory.
