THE CLEAN BENCH adopts advanced purification technology. It is an important equipment for cleaning the work environment. Widely used in precise electronic manufacturing, precise machinery industry, agriculture, forestry, medical health and other relative service institutions.
Installation
1.The installation place of equipment affects using effect and using life. Should be installed in a clean plant and pay attention to door seal to prevent outside from dust particles, in order to prolong the service life of equipment
After opening the package, please check the products with the packing list to avoid the missing, then unpack the accessories pack,take out side frames and back frames, fix up them with hex screws,following the manual.ensure the installment is stable and tight. Them fix the chamber to the top of supports.the last step, to adjust the level of the casters, and lock the nuts.
3. The clean bench should be put away from the place with shaking and noise.
4. In order to increase the using period of filter, it is better to put the clean benchin GMP working room or laboratory. If for common laboratory, the filter should be replaced every 2 years.
5. The airflow in chamber should be in normal condition,in order to ensure the high efficiency. Prohibit to install it at those places which easily influenced by external airflow.
