09MnNiD Seamless Steel Tube for Low Temperature Heat Exchanger. According to different process requirements, the content of Mn and S is stricter than GB150-1998 standard. The actual content of S is less than 0.015% and less than 0.010%. In addition, according to GBN3531-1996 "Low Alloy Steel Plate for Low Temperature Pressure Vessels", the acid-soluble aluminium content in steel is increased. The requirement of quantity reduces the range of tensile strength and improves the requirement of steel pipe strength stability. The 09MnNiD seamless steel pipe with the same technical requirement has very close chemical composition between each furnace, excellent low temperature impact performance, high purity of low temperature molten steel produced, grain size greater than 8 grades, and perfect testing equipment. The quality stability of large-scale production of seamless steel tube is guaranteed.
Seamless steel pipe also has the characteristics of high cleanliness, reasonable chemical composition and scientific heat treatment system. Therefore, the weldability and manufacturability of the steel are obviously improved. It meets the manufacturing standard of heat exchanger GB151-1999. The impact value of the tested sub-series steel at - 50 (?) and - 70 (?)
