SH269 Grease shear tester is designed and made as standard of GB/T269-91 and ASTM D1403,The mechanical stability of lubricating grease is judged by the change of consistency after mechanical shearing, expressed by prolonging the working cone penetration or shearing stability in 0.1mm.
Technical characteristic
1. The apparatus adopts direct method between the electrode and the reducer, it features small vibration and low noise
2. A special cooling fan is available at the back of the motor to ensure the continuous operation of the whole instrument
3. The apparatus adopts special seal design, no leaking4. The apparatus can do two tests at the same time, counting, stopping and showing numbers automatically.
