ZDY1600S full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is a full hydraulic power head mechanism, which is divided into three main parts, main engine, pump station and control table. It is easy to disassemble and convenient to transport. The drilling rig structure is arranged with great flexibility. Also, we provide mechanical unload drilling tools, chuck, clamp and oil cylinder. Revolving device and gripper can operate in linkage, Therefore, the drilling rig is highly automated, made the drilling rig efficient and easy to operate.
The ZDY1600S full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig adopts double pump system. The rotation parameters and the input parameters are independently mediated, which improves the adaptability of the drilling machine to various drilling technology; it is convenient to save force by adjusting the inclination angle of the fuselage with the support oil cylinder; the rotary device adopts the through hole structure. And the length of the drill pipe is not limited to the process. The worker can operate from afar, so it’s good in flexibility and safety.
