LED Emergency Wall Pack Light is used UL approved battery for emergency work. It can provide emergency time from 90 minutes to 180 minutes continuously under power-off mode. 5-year warranty of emergency battery Lithium, Li-Fe PO4 or Ni-MH is for a backup option.
It can work at wide voltage input 100-277vac It is ideal for areas where maximum wide distribution replaced up to 100W metal halide or HPS wall pack for the parking lot, entrance, building floodlight, building landscape, and aisle environments.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
A: Sample takes 5-7 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity more than 500pcs.
A: Low MOQ, 2pcs sample for checking is acceptable.
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air cargo and sea cargo also is optional. Mass products will choose sea cargo.
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and send the payment for formal order.
Fourthly, we arrange the production.
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample if you don’t need UL Label. Otherwise, you need to make UL multiple listing first. Then we can print your LOGO together with your UL.
A: Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products. DLC qualified products will be provided 5-10 years warranty based on detail requirement.
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send you new parts to replace or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation, and you don’t need to send the bad one to us.
A: We accept T/T by 30% + 70% payment. Also accept Paypal (Credit Card), Western Union for payment.
