Function
This machine is a fully automatic vacuum coating equipment, which can be used for surface finishing of various kinds of high-grade PVC, imitation wood, stone grain, leather, etc.
The machine is highly automatic and easy to operate. The work table is fully automatic in and out of the warehouse.The processing time, processing temperature and vacuum in the warehouse are automatically controlled by digital display, thus ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency.
In addition to the excellent characteristics of the domestic general laminating machine, the machine also has the function of making high-gloss PVC. The heating system adopts aluminum plate heating and high heat conduction efficiency, so as to improve product yield.
This function is a high performance laminating machine developed by our technical staff based on the characteristics of PVC film, which solves the problem that the common positive and negative pressure high-light modeling cannot be done properly at one time and cannot be repaired.This machine adopts special process heating and large table processing, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves cost.The transmission series adopts the chain transmission, and the moving table adopts the two-level deceleration to prevent the workpiece from being out of place and resulting in product waste.The computer system USES imported electric appliances with stable performance and is equipped with two operating procedures of automatic hand, so the braking degree is high.This machine is the largest table surface laminating machine in Asia.
