H frame battery pullet chicken cage system
1.The battery
The mainframe construction is supported with U profile legs, which are placed each1, 23m. One cage is one section.
The cage construction gives the possibility because of its modular form to build up from 3 tiers to 8 tiers without grid floor (catwalk) and until 150m.
It is easy to understand the name that the system is designed for maximum uniformity.
2. The cages
The door for each cage placed in front of the middle.
The middle door opens to the inside of the cage that provides easy management, time and labor saving to reach the animals in the 65*123 dimension of the cages.
The bottom wire mesh has the measures 19*19 mm (1''*1'')so it gives the possibility to put day old chicks on the bottom mesh without any extra plastic accessories.
The cage designed for maximum comfort and high efficiency.
3. Feeding system
The Uniform gives the possibility by the special feeding plates to day-old chicks to easily reach on the feed trough.
Because of the perfect design on the footplate and feeding plate there is no feed mostage during the feeding period.
Chain feeding system and feed hopper system with special feed slides, to feed the chicks and pullets more homogenized and quick as possible several times a day.
4. Drinking system
In the cages, the nipple line is near the center with one broiler nipple and three plastic coated.
5. Manure removal system
The robust construction of manure removal rollers, drive the polypropylene (pp) manure belts for the collection of the manure under the cage. Because of the strong structure, system can work until 200m.
All galvanized material gives the possibility for long life.
6. Climate control system
The chicken house must be close which equipped with the climate control system.
Our " ZHT " control system, so the feeding, drinking, egg collection and manure removal system all controlled by the electrical control panels.
The ventilation fans, cooling pads, heating equipment (in winter season), sidewall ventilation windows also controlled together automatic.
