1: How to make a TPU shoe soles?
This TPU shoe soles is made by injection technique, firstly we 3D print a sample to check sizes, shapes and details, and then we will make a handmade sample, after confirmation, we will open a steel mold to make a final sample to approve, and finally we start making mass production.
2: Do you make them by yourself?
Yes, we are direct factory located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. We can make them all by ourselves and control the production time and quality strictly.
3: What is the lead time?
Sample needs 7-10 days while mass production needs 15-25 days, also according to the order volume.
4: Do you have any MOQ limit?
MOQ we can do even just 1pc.
5: Do you provide designing?
Yes, all of our designing service is for free.
6: What is the production lines?
Roto casting, Injection, Spray painting, Silk screen, Pad printing, Cutting & Sewing, Filling, Assembly, packing, etc.
7. Do you make the mould by yourself?
Yes, we make the moulds by ourselves, so that our mould price is very competitive;
8. How can I get exact quotation?
Only if we have a 3D printed sample or 3D drawings, then we can provide exact quotation with correct painting colors.
