Explosion-proof distribution boxes, i.e. explosion-proof lighting (power) distribution boxes, generally have two common installation modes: hanging type and landing type (with feet). III. Product Characteristics
1. It can be customized according to user's requirements.
2. This product is of compound type. The switch box adopts flameproof structure. The bus box and outlet box adopt Safety-increasing structure. With modular structure, all kinds of loops can be combined freely.
3. Installed with high interruption small circuit breaker, plastic case circuit breaker, AC contactor and various electrical components, with overload and short circuit protection function.
4. This product comprehensively introduces a new optimized design scheme and operation mechanism, with compact and reasonable structure, strong versatility, flexible and convenient operation and good handle.
5. All fasteners adopt 304 stainless steel fasteners with strong corrosion resistance.
6. Steel pipe or cable wiring is acceptable.
5. Instructions for Order
When ordering, users should indicate the number of circuit, circuit current and the number of poles of circuit breakers in distribution boxes, and the number of total switching currents and poles with total switches, as well as the direction, quantity and size of the inlet and outlet lines. If lighting, power and leakage are mixed, the schematic diagram should be provided.
6. Due to the variety of products, the size and assembly form of the shape and installation should be provided separately after submitting to the customer. Drawings can be provided by customers. According to the specific requirements of the drawings, we design complete technical drawings that conform to the explosion-proof specifications. After confirming the reproduction production.
