Slab Mould Powder (LC) for Continuous Casting

 As it is frequent to find cracks on the continuous casting slabs. By controlling the slag at appropriate temperature, rate and viscosity, ensures the slab undertakes slow-cooling evenly with proper heat-flow density. Therefore, our product can guarantee the good surface quality of the slab.

1.Heat insulation, reduce heat loss of molten steel;

2.Air is isolated to prevent secondary oxidation of molten steel;

3.Lubricate billet to reduce adhesion;

4.Improve crystallizer heat transfer;

5.Absorb the non - metallic inclusions floating in the molten steel in the crystallizer, improve billet quality.
