Working Principle
When the charcoal briquettes press machine working, it uses Pascal's principle to press and shape the raw materials processed by carbonization and so on. It is composed of main engine, PLC intelligent control system, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, customized mould and output conveyor. Our briquette charcoal machine used proximity sensor switch, the height of the mould can be adjusted, so that the mould has different height. The machine can adjust the pressure according to different raw materials, and the forming effect is good.
Parameter and advantages
1. Pressure can reach 100-200 tons, external hydraulic pumps can ensure the safety of cooling system.
2. PLC intelligent control system can adjust pressure and stamping time.
3. By approaching the sensor and switch, the position of the top die and the base die can be adjusted, so as to determine the material input, material height, weight and density.
4. The mold materials are made of 65 # manganese steel, and they can be changed.
5. Hydraulic pump base is made of high quality rubber material with good shock absorption effect.

When start the processing, if materials are coconut shell, palm shell and so on,they need to be carbonized, after carbonization, they need to be crushed by charcoal crusher machine, and then the materials are transferred to the binder mixer for better moulding, next step they are transferred to the charcoal briquettes press machine for pressing and moulding. If the finished materials need to be dried, Lantian brand charcoal briquette dryer can drying materials, the finished products can be used in domestic or industrial boilers.
