The whole machine adopts PLC program control, frequency converter adjusts phase mechanism, touch screen and button double system operation, controllable ink roller intelligent automatic rise and fall, automatic memory reset after printing plate scrubbing, personalized paper, quota to complete automatic standby and so on. High quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi) is selected for the main transmission gear. After program-controlled Carburizing and quenching and grinding treatment, the six-stage precision high hardness and high precision gear (tooth surface hardness HRC58-62) can be achieved. Touch screen display setting value, control each group printing plate and slotted knife position adjustment; can set production speed, and has counting and prompt function. The function of self-locking and fast adjustment of paper drawing conveying wheel avoids the destruction of roller shaft and great inconvenience in operation by traditional screw fastening device. The key-free connector is used to eliminate the gap caused by the traditional connection and to keep the printing color accurate for a long time. The transmission lubrication mechanism adopts spray anti-splashing device, the lubrication system circulates automatically, and the anti-leakage oil mechanism is installed. Cylinder locking is used between the units, and the whole machine has a strong locking mechanism to ensure the
stability of the unit.
