Used:our screen printing mesh is widely used for T-shirt printing, garment printing, graphics printing, ceramics, glass, cosmetic bottles, printed circuit boards, uv printing, ink etc.

Maishi ensure the quality of polyester mesh

We buy yarn from Jintong,we inspect the yarn when they unloaded in our factory. (tolerance, tensile strength, physics test etc.).

After that, we put the warp wire on beam, draw the warp wire into heddle and reed. Then our experienced weaver will start weaving according to orders.

Initial survey will be done after weaving. Then start heat setting treatment and physical properties inspection, before we get tentative finished rolls(60-500 meters big rolls).

In the end, we’ll cut the small rolls(20m-50m) according to customer orders after a final inspection.

Packing

1. Folding the mesh each roll and packed with plastic bag, then in cartons. Suitable for small quantity and have no requirement for the crease.
2. Rolling the mesh into papertube each roll and packed with plastic bag, then in carton. Suitable for large quantity and the mesh has better surface than folding type.

Delivery Time

Usually we can ship the goods within 5-30days accordingto different quantity as we have stocks 500-2000m for different mesh count.
The exact delivery time will be checked according to final order quantity and our production status .
