Ionic properties: Cationic, Quaternary amino silicone oil emulsion
Active content: 20± 1%
Product characteristics:
1.Suitable for all kinds of fibre, especially for the microfiber.
2.Super inner soft and smooth, Soluble in cold water
3.Highly alkali-resistant, Super yellowing-resistant, shearing resistant, warm water washing resistance.
4.Improve sewing ability, especially suitable for cotton knitting fabric like terry towel
5.Improve the elasticity and elastic recovery
6.Highly resistant to electrolytes, suitable for resin finishing
7.Non-toxic action to cellulase
8.PH=5~7 Processing PH range from 1-11, especially suit for processing the residual alkali after reactive dyeing
Usage Method:
1. Ph range from 1-11 which can process the fibre with residual alkali after the reactive dyeing
2. Dilute with cold water first, adjust the PH to 5.0-5.5 by acetic acid before adding to the finishing bath will reach better results and will be softer and smoother
Package and Storage:
200kgs per plastic drum, store in a cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid sun exposure, 6 months of storage expiry.
