Performance characteristics
_Filtration efficiency grade F5~F8 is available
Using special high flux and low resistance non-woven fabric as filter material, the dust capacity is large.
_Zinc-plated frame and aluminium alloy frame
Design features:
1. Medium-effect bag filter with its unique bag structure ensures that air flow equally fills the whole bag; unique hot-melt technology can prevent bag fingertips from overcrowding or leakage, thus reducing resistance and maximizing dust capacity.
2. Bag-supported grille can prevent the filter from shrinking or bending under extremely poor working conditions.
3. The company has national standard bag filter material and European standard bag filter material for customers to choose. Customers can choose different filter material according to different cost performance ratio to ensure the effective operation of the filter series.
4. Applicable
_Mainly used in general air purification systems of electronics, biopharmaceuticals, mechanical instrumentation, Petrochemical light industry and other industries.
_Widely used in central air-conditioning ventilation system, pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, food and other industrial purification. It can also be used as the front-end filter of high-efficiency air filter to reduce the load of high-efficiency air filter and prolong its service life.
