RMG crane is rail mounted gantry crane traveling along the rails on the ground, which mainly composed of steel structure, long traveling mechanism, cross traveling mechanism, sling, anti-sway system, container spreaders, and electrical equipment. RMG cranes can be widely used for outdoor stuff handling and projects such as container handling, steel plate/pipe handling, subway construction slag lifting, machinery lifting, bulk material handling and other heavy stuff handling.
The RMG crane is equipped with frequency conversion, PLC control system and CMMS fault detection system. Standards: China GB standard, ISO standard of International Standardization Organization, European FEM, Japan JIS standard, etc.
Features of RMG Crane:
1. This RMG crane can be applied in inland terminals, container yard, railway freight station, coastal freight yard and frontier wharf, etc.
2. Dedicated container spreaders to lift 20 feet, 40 feet and 45 feet containers.
3. Electrical drive system is full digital AC frequency conversion. It has the functions of PLC control speeding, CMS intelligent monitoring and management system, running state real-time monitoring equipment.
4. The upper trolley can rotate 270° for flexible load and unload.
5. Three-in-one reducer is adopted for long travel and cross travel mechanism with easy maintenance.
6. Safety protection: Anti-breaking shaft, wind warning, anti-tipping, anti-etc.
7. Crane driven wheel has brake and the crane traveling mechanism is equipped with Electrical interlocking, which stop the crane in case of hurricane or big wind.
8. The spreader can rotate ±5°. Anti-sway system to ensure highly precision of loading, unloading and positioning.
9. Special rotating trolley can be equipped according to the requirement of customers to make the spreader rotate 200°.
10. Remote monitoring and trouble diagnosing system are available according to the requirement.
11. Safe, reliable, green and easy maintenance.
12. Adequate safety protection device, communication and lightening system.
