No Negative Pressure Frequency Conversion Water Supply Equipment
I. Product Introduction
Non-negative pressure frequency conversion water supply equipment is a new type of frequency conversion equipment. It is divided into box type non-negative pressure equipment and tank type non-negative pressure equipment. The system is connected in series where the pressure of municipal water supply network is insufficient. The outlet pressure is detected by sensors and compared with the set value. The pressure value needed to be increased is calculated, and the number of pumps put into operation and the speed of motor are determined. The equipment makes maximum use of the original pressure of the municipal water supply network, does not produce negative pressure on the municipal water supply network, replaces the old pool with stainless steel water tank or non-negative pressure tank, and reduces the secondary pollution of water. It is a new generation of energy-saving products in the field of water supply.

Environmental temperature: 0 ~40 C, if exceeding this range, corresponding measures must be taken.

3. Functional characteristics:
1. No negative pressure: the direct connection of the system and municipal water supply network will not cause negative pressure in municipal water supply network.
2. High-quality intelligent computer control: special independent development, with a variety of functions, can provide sophisticated level of precision control, has reached a high quality level.
3. Borrowing pressure (or overlapping pressure): When the equipment is running, it can use the pressure of the water pipe network to boost the pressure, which can reduce the number of pumps or reduce the rotational speed and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
4. Blackout water: When the power supply line is blackout, the system is connected 747D and bypass to achieve blackout water. That is, when blackout, the system is automatically switched to municipal tap water pressure water supply.
5. Hygiene: The overflow parts are made of stainless steel and other food-grade materials, which conform to the international water-related hygiene standards. The box-type non-negative pressure device can ensure that the water stored in the water tank is automatically updated daily by users, and the closed non-negative pressure device can be replaced in real time to ensure water hygiene.
4. Energy-saving: The system has no civil water storage facilities such as reservoirs, which saves the area. The system has been running at a high efficiency point. More than 60% of energy can be saved. Municipal pipeline network has a certain pressure. When it is running, it only needs to supplement the pressure on the basis of municipal pressure. The automatic operation of the system does not require special person on duty, and because there are no civil water storage facilities such as reservoirs, and no water quality treatment equipment, regular cleaning and disinfection are avoided. Therefore, the effect of energy saving is very remarkable.
