1. Difficult processing of slurry pump impeller.

(1)slurry pump body impeller material is generally high chromium cast iron, the cast molding hardness is very high, high requirements for cutting tool wear resistance;

(2) the cast slurry pump body impeller has a large allowance, the surface may appear sand inclusion, hard point and other problems, which belongs to interrupt cutting, high impact toughness requirements on the cutting tool.

2. Solution.
