Refrigeration, in essence, transfers heat from any medium that can store heat to the outside, so that the temperature of the medium is lowered and the effect of refrigeration is obtained. Common refrigeration equipment includes: benchtop freeze dryer, cooling tower, water cooler, screw chiller, industrial chiller, air conditioner chiller, constant temperature and humidity air conditioner, low temperature chiller, etc. Refrigeration equipment covers all corners of industry, agriculture, commerce, food, and aquaculture, and is widely used. Refrigeration equipment is the temperature and humidity control equipment.

  First, the refrigeration technology overview:

The transition from natural sources such as natural ice to artificial refrigeration is the initial stage of the development of refrigeration technology. In 1777, Nairne E. Gerale's integrated sulfuric acid integrated refrigeration system.

Water-absorbent ice-making test; in 1810, J. Leslie's sulfuric acid-water absorption ice-making device; in 1859, F. Carre was made into an ammonia-water absorption refrigerator, and was applied in 1860. C. Munters and B. Von Plate were made into ammonia-water-hydrogen diffusion absorption refrigerators, which were obtained in 1920. In the mid-20th century, motor-driven compression chillers dominated the conventional refrigeration sector. In the past 30 years, absorption refrigeration and heat pump technology have entered a stage of vigorous development. The research and analysis project on adsorption refrigeration included in the European Community's JOULE plan in the 1990s made the adsorption refrigeration research reach a new climax.

  Second, the refrigeration system

The refrigeration system consists of four basic parts, namely a compressor, a condenser, a throttling component, and an evaporator. The four large pieces are connected by a copper tube into a closed system in a certain order, and the system is filled with a certain amount of refrigerant. The general air-conditioning refrigerant is Freon. In the past, R22 was used. In some air conditioners, Freon has adopted the new environmentally friendly refrigerant R407. The above is a vapor compression refrigeration system.

Taking refrigeration as an example, the compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure Freon gas from the evaporator into a high-temperature and high-pressure Freon gas, and then flows through a thermal expansion valve (capillary) to throttle the low-temperature and low-pressure Freon vapor-liquid two-phase object. Then, the low-temperature and low-pressure Freon liquid absorbs heat from the indoor air in the evaporator, and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure Freon gas, and the low-temperature and low-pressure Freon gas is sucked by the compressor. After the indoor air passes through the evaporator, heat is released and the temperature of the air drops. This compression-----condensation----throttle----evaporation repeated cycles, the refrigerant constantly takes away the heat of the indoor air, thereby reducing the temperature of the room. During heating, the flow direction of the refrigerant is changed by the switching of the four-way valve, so that the outdoor heat exchanger becomes an evaporator, absorbs the heat of the outdoor air, and the evaporation in the room becomes a condenser, and the heat is dissipated indoors. To achieve the purpose of heating.
