Product feature:
1. Tension test condition: Winding speed 5m/s, the tension range is 200-10000g.
2. TCL series thensioners are simple to be adjusted. Tension can be adujsted and pre-set to the require value according to the application so as to achieve appropriate winding condition,and to ensure the conformity of each coils technical parameters.
3. TCL series is the key device controlling the changable tension during winding, make the copper suitable and controble tension. So the the wired coils are more flat and , makiing the technical standarded reached.
Note
1. When the working angle and the rest angle are the same, or when the tension rod fall down to 90 degree angle, please reset the tension to avoid the wear and tear and reducing the life time.
2. When replace the wire during normal working status of tensioner, please check whether there is wire scrap. Make sure to clean them off otherwise it leead to inregular change of tension when starting again the tensioner.
