Features of solid state HF welder
The high frequency induction welders are different from the vacuum tube type high-frequency welding machine.
The vacuum tube type high-frequency welding machine has an output welding transformer, and the induction ring is installed on the
secondary side of the welding, which is relatively easy to match, and the requirements for the induction coil are not very strict. However,
the welding resistance is more than one level, and the efficiency is obviously low
In addition to the low working voltage of the whole machine, the solid state welders directly resonates with the induction coil worn on the welded
steel pipe. Because there is no welding, there is less level of twisting, and the efficiency is obviously higher, then the induction welding is more popular.
The inductor is strict and standardized, so that it can be matched. At the same time, due to the voltage, the gap between the inner diameter of the inductor
and the outer diameter of the welded steel pipe (V-shaped opening) can be appropriately reduced, which is also a factor for improving the welding efficiency
of the Solid State High Frequency Welder. One thing is for sure, the benefits of the strict and standardized inductor are far higher than the production cost
of the induction coil.
