How to make delicious soft ice cream with soft ice cream machine? | |
Step 1 |
Mix ice cream and water. Prepare a clear container for mixing drinking water and ice cream powder. In general, the ratio of powder to water is 1:2.5 to 1:3. The water is slowly poured into the container to ensure that the ice cream powder and water are uniformly mixed. |
Step 2 |
Mix ice cream powder with water for 15 to 30 minutes to ensure no clogging. After stirring evenly, pour it into the top hopper of the ice cream machine. If the thick liquid does not have enough precipitation time, ice cubes can affect the taste of soft ice cream. |
Step 3 |
Press the "Clean" button, let the washing mode work for about 2 minutes, stop, and then press the automatic freeze button to enter the automatic mode. The digital LED screen will show the cooling process and the unit will automatically stop until the preset temperature is reached. |
Step 4 |
