DURA series Narrow Fabric Needle Looms are suitable for the production of elastic and non elastic narrow fabrics with jacquard patterns, logos, or brand names, including various tapes, belts, chains, ribbons, laces, and webbings, which are most often used in the industries of apparel, lingerie, footwear, caps, gloves, gifts, watches, cameras, raincoats, bags, luggage, upholstery, waist belts, hair ornaments, medical products, etc.

Main features:
1. The pin-type plate chain structure is characterized by precision, durability, easy dismantlement and no noise at high speed
2. The heald frame opening is specially structured for the extended rubber to move upwards, which can reduce the gravity and the force on and between the frame and the cutter, and thus assure that the machine is able to run smoothly and durably at high speed with no noise.
3. The tape-discharging unit employs belt drive instead of worm drive, which can greatly reduce the friction losses of the machine parts and make the maintenance of the machine and the adjustment of the weft density more convenient.
4. The machine parts are precisely and standardly made, featuring compatibility, durability, easy adjustment, convenient dismantling and maintenance.
5. The machine is equipped with the automatic system of oil supply and circulation, oil-route testing and oil trouble finding so as to enhance the lubrication between the cutters and the plate

6. Double-speed motor offers the option of quick and slow speed adjustments for the weaving.
