Principle: Through the heat generated by the heating elements, evaporate the moisture in the material to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
Process: The top of the chamber is equipped with an electric heat elements and an air fan; when they are working, it is heated by an electric heat element and air circulation through the fan blower to achieve drying effect; the temperature PID control can ensure temperature uniformity.
Scope of application: This product is specially designed for agricultural products such as grain and miscellaneous grains. It is very suitable for dehydration of various agricultural and sideline products such as baked fruits, pepper, dried shoots, Chinese medicinal materials, mushrooms, melon seeds, raisins, betel-lang, chrysanthemum, corn and so on.
Advantages of this product:
1. Reasonable hot air circulation structure, large centrifugal wind turbe to make heat flow uniform,large storage and fast heating.
2.Using aluminium silicate fiber, the thermal insulation performance is significantly improved, thus reducing the power consumption.
3. Intelligent PID control can more accurately control and reflect the temperature, with timer and overtemperature alarm function.
4. Stainless steel inner and shelves, acid and alkali proof, corrosion resistance, door seal with high temperature silica gel, durable and ensure food hygiene and safety during operation, easy to clean.
Notes: It can not be used as kitchen oven, can not be directly used in food production, can not bake inflammable and explosive goods.
