ECM Epoxy resin repair mortar
Description:
This product is made up of emulsified epoxy resin \ additives and hard padding. It has a micro-expansion \ fluidity \ good intensity \ flexibility \ erosion resistance .The product has a great adhesion with various medium base and it can be used in moisture base.
Features:
1. Easy to use: The material \ construction tools \ concrete base do not need to warm up in normal condition (20℃\68℉ \ 70 % Humidity).
2. Excellent Flexibility: Excellent Flexibility & Impact Resistance, resistance to deformation.
3. Excellent matching with concrete: performance of ageing resistance & anti-carbonation. The coat will deform with the concrete synchronously. Avoid the coat break away from the concrete, due to the interface stress.
4. Dry interface \ wet interface \ low temperature condition etc is available.
5. Strong Adhesion : can be used in moisture base ,and a good adhesion for concrete \ ceramic tile\ glass \ steel plate and various smooth base ; excellent waterproof \ anti-leakage & acid-resistant.
Application:
1. It can be use in Anti- Impact abrasion\ Anti- gas etching \ Anti-freeze & thawing of the flow surface of hydraulic concrete construction, and the repairing after damaged.
2. It can be use in repairing of the concrete defect construction and strengthen.
