Alternator Features
- Self-excited, IP21, Insulation Class H Alternator
- Easy to be connected with power network or other generators. Standard 2/3 pitch winding's check excessive mid-line current
- Balanced rotor with single or two sealed ball bearings
- Convenient installation and maintenance with easy access to terminals, rotating diodes and coupling bolt
- Wide range of Flange adapter and single bearing coupling disc
- 3 phase 4 wire type, Star connection
- 50HZ, 230V, 1500RPM as standard, also 60HZ can be made as customers’ requirement
- Certificate: CE/ISO9001
Frame
All industrial standard is IP21, also IP23 is an option, but rates power will decrease 5%
Marine standard alternator is IP23, Air filter is an option, but rated power of the alternator will decrease 5% while it is installed.
Terminal and terminal box
The three-field alternator had 12 leads brought out to the terminals in the terminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end . The box is equipped with removable panels.

Q: Do you offer OEM service?
A: Yes
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance when receiving B/L copy Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: About 20-30 days after receiving advance deposit or original L/C.
Q: What certificates do you have?
A: We have CE, ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country such as SONCAP for Nigeria, COI for Iran, SASO for Saudi Arabia, etc.
Q: What warranty do you provide?
A: One year, during the guarantee period, we will supply freely of the easy damaged parts for the possible problems except for the incorrect operation. After expiration, we supply cost spare parts for alternator maintenance.
