2.Elbow Cold Forming Machine Main Features:

Mandrel type cold elbow making machine: this equipment is mainly used for cold pushing forming of stainless steel  elbow, equipped with semi-automatic mechanical stripper. Including: machine body, mould closing cylinder, side push cylinder, demoulding mechanism, hydraulic station and pipeline, electrical control system and so on.

 Forming principle: the tube billet is in the mould cavity and locked by external force, it is pushed from the guide section into the shape-forming cavity with the inner core by the hydraulic push rod to form bending . and adopts the stripper to demould. This machine adopts PLC control.
