Product Description

FCT-90 High Efficiency Evaporative Condenser

The vapor to be condensed is circulated through a condensing coil, which is continually wetted on the outside by a recirculating water system.Air is simultaneously blown upward over the coil, causing a small portion of the recirculated water to evaporate. This evaporation removes heat from the coil, cooling ,and condensing the vapor in the coil.

Hot dip galvanized treatment after assembly. Designed accurate inclination angle for refrigerant flow.

PVC Filler

Aubert evaporative condensers adopt PVC as filler, which has cold tolerance ability, superior hydrophilicity, thermal performance and corrosion resistance ability. Fillers are flame retardant, with long serving life.

Galvanized steel plate

Baosteel Group 1.8-2mm thick galvanized sheet production, zinc layer thickness of 150 / m ²， consists of 55% Al, 43.5% Zn, corrosion-resistant material inside, with good corrosion resistance.

Fan Motor

cooling tower dedicated motor, Easy to replace, disassemble, repair, trouble-free operation for a long time, with high efficiency, high degree of protection (IP55), high insulation level (F level) and other characteristics, for long-term continuous low energy consumption.
