II. Product description
1. Feature:
The forged steel grinding ball is excellent in surface quality, toughness, and resistance to impact and abrasion. It won't crack and lose circularity easily.
1) In general, forged grinding steel ball has high hardness: Surface hardness to 55-67 HRC, volume hardness of 56-64 HRC
2) impact toughness high: Impact toughness more than 12 J / cm2.
3) broken rate is low: Peel fragmentation resistance property of over 20000 times.The actual breakage rate not greater than 1% and close to 0.
2. Specification of Grinding Ball:
1), High Hardness: The surface hardness can reach 55-67HRC, volume hardness can reach 50-63HRC, and it keeps well balance of hardness;
2), high impact toughness:
3), low breakage rate: More than 20, 000 times for impact test and less than 1% actual breakage rate.
4), no deformation: Steel ball will always keep its original shape.
3. Packing:
Steel Drum or Steel Barrel(850 to 900kgs/drum)
