Homogenizing furnace applies to enhance quality of aluminum-profile-products. Internal elements of aluminum-billet (e.g. Mg2Si and Fe) will be uniform after treatment, which saves die-consumption, reduces extrusion-power, and improves surface quality and mechanical performance (elimination of internal-stress and reduction of segregation).

Loaded capacity: 10-40 tons/batch;
Fuel: light oil, natural gas, LPG;
Energy consumption (light oil): 20-30 kg per each ton aluminum;
Blower: Double-speed recycling;
Transmission: by 3D charging car;
Cooling method: by blower/ blower + spraying-water;
Control system: imported PLC and touching screen, which fulfills man-machine interface, long-distant maintenance and technical update.
