Industrial Aluminum CNC Cutting Saw
It is mainly used for processing of extra-wide aluminum profile,also can be used ti processing aluminum profile vertical end-face meterial-discharging.Adopt servo motor to drive reducer,implement saw blade rotationg positioning at any angle between 45°and 90°.

This machine is used for Industrial Aluminum Profile
1.The machien is the most advanced double head cutting sawequipment for Aluminum windon and door making.
2.The control system adopt the new closed-loop system.
3.The servo motor drives the speed reducer to adjust angle in 45°~157.5°.
4.Several profile processing dimensions can be input one time and make continuous cutting.
5.The imported high precesion blade makes the utting surface more smooth.
6.The processing dimension can be directly input, the cutting length can be changed without returning the reference point.
7.The airproof device under the worktable has wondeful crumbs-clearing effect.
8.The following saw cover keeps it working in the clean environment.
9.The profile is clamped by two cylinders in every head, and kept the cutting security.
