1.Cylindrical conical tank, widely used for beer one tank fermentation technology, conical angel 60-75°design, easy for yeast collection after primary fermentation;  All tank made of 304 high quality food grade stainless steel, including tank inner wall and outer wall, belt jacket, tank head, tank legs, accessories like manholes, valves pipes, fittings and etc. Cooling jacket surrounded on the inner tank body, water and glycol mixture as the cooling media was transported through the belt jacket to keep the tank in a proper temperature level;

2. The inner of the fermentation tank are adopted 304 stainless steel.  Use polyurethane to keep warm. The outside scarfskin is according to the customer’s requirement.You can choose stainless steel polishing, carbon steel, spray finishing and so on.

3. Adopted the international standard of fermentation technology, diverse methods to control the temperature. The inner surface of the tank is mirror-polished. The standard is≤0.8um ≤0.6um ≤0.2um. Completely meet the demand of PLC and sterilize system.
