Introduction
HTY microbial limit examination system, by type HTY-100 microbiological test instrument and S60 microbiological culture device composition. When the sample is injected into the microbial limit for training, through the test instrument of internal or external vacuum pump vacuum filtering, the varieties of microorganisms entrapped in the membrane, the membrane will remove the cup taking device, in the incubator film back (non bacteria surface) medium corresponding to medium pouring, cooling and solidification after the lid cover plate, forming the culture dish, the corresponding constant temperature incubator culture and counting. This system can be widely used in pharmaceutical, microbial disease control, food, chemical, cosmetics and other industries detection.
Features:
1. Is equipped with a built-in vacuum pump and external vacuum pump switching function;
2. Can be directly casting solid culture medium for culture, without having to transfer membrane filter, from the preparation of petri dishes and lamination operation;
3. The big diameter of membrane filter, using the diameter of 60 mm bacteria content more test samples for a colony count;
4. The whole machine rust, easy to clean.
