GSL-1800X-ZF2 Evaporation Coating Instrument

Introduction:

GSL-1800X-ZF2 evaporation coating instrument is mainly used in vacuum coating process research, prototype production, operation training and production of vacuum coating for universities, research institutes, enterprise laboratories and micro products.

Features:

1. Using a small desktop integrated structure, the vacuum chamber, the coating power supply and the control system are integrated and designed, and the volume is similar to that of an A3 printer.

2. The use of resistive dual evaporation source structure can quickly realize the conversion of evaporation source. Two evaporation electrodes are installed in the evaporation unit and different evaporation sources can be installed to adapt to the corresponding coating materials.

3. It is equipped with 0.1% precision evaporation power supply, and has a constant current output function, which can play a very good role in protecting the evaporation boat.

4. Optional quartz crystal film thickness control device, in the coating process control the coating rate and film thickness.

5. The collected coating data can be saved to U disk for user analysis control (optional).

6. The machine will design all the functions into a standardized module, and combine the corresponding modules according to the different needs of the user, so as to achieve the optimal coating environment and facilitate the user's maintenance and maintenance.

7. Operation Control 7-inch TFT display interface, touch screen operation, full graphical interface, easy to use and easy to understand.
