GT300 Vibration Mill Grinding Machine

Introduction
The vibratory ball mill GT300 is stable and versatile, and is suitable for high-intensity, multi-frequency use. It can perform rapid dry grinding, wet grinding or freeze grinding on small quantities, large batches of samples, such as plants, animal tissue cells, and small samples. With a typical grinding time of 30 seconds, it can process two or more samples at the same time. The sample volume ranges from 0.2 ml up to 50 ml, which is very good for high-flux grinding.
working principle
The vibratory ball mill GT300 can pulverize up to 2 x 96 samples quickly and efficiently in just 1-3 minutes. The pulverization is carried out by placing the pretreated sample into a grinding container (such as a stainless steel tank or a centrifuge tube/adaptor), and the grinding jar or the adapter is subjected to a circular radial oscillating motion in a horizontal direction, and under the action of high frequency oscillating, the grinding tank is ground. The small ball hits the sample at high speed to complete. When a large number of small balls (such as glass balls) are used, the biological cells can be broken, and the frictional collision between the balls and the balls can effectively cause the cells to break.
