Introduction

The MSK-NFES-4 electrospun nanofiber preparation system is a complete nanofiber preparation system, or a complete electrospinning coating system (or electrospray). With the advantages of friendly operation software, design based on mission operations, easy operation, superior cost performance, etc., it leads the market in other similar products. Ultrafine nanofibers with a diameter of 20 nm to 1000 nm can be produced and can also be used for electrospray coating materials on a substrate. Compared to electrospinning, electrospray coatings require a low viscosity solution and a higher voltage.

Features

   1. The friendly operation software interface enables the computer to help manage and control various parameters such as the rotation spindle speed, rotation time, syringe pump flow rate, XY direction movement, etc.

   2. Using a typical fume hood, it can provide a closed atmosphere, and monitor the spinning process through the surrounding glass window. It is equipped with an exhaust fan, halogen lamp, and a heater. It can be radiated and heated to 60°C. Integrated in an electrical control unit.

   3, using high-voltage power supply, the maximum current capacity of 0.5mA, can provide 0-30KV output voltage.

   4, with a fixed target, an XY reciprocating target, 6 different diameters of the rotating mandrel.

   5. Syringe pumps provide a smooth, continuous flow that keeps the spinning process consistent.

   6, has passed CE certification.

Injection pump

   1, including four liquid dispensing systems, and controlled by a computer;

   2, dispensing standard 2.5ml-60ml glass syringe;

   3. The syringe holder is made of insulating material and can work under high pressure conditions;

   4, through the microcontroller to control the motor and injection flow (Note: Please use a glass syringe, for safety issues, do not use a disposable plastic syringe);

   5, multi-axis spray nozzle can meet the nozzle adjustment and liquid distribution needs;

   6, syringe: 30ml, glass

Collecting system (including three standards of roller type, flat type, XY mobile type)
