SPE-60 automatic solid-phase extraction apparatus to realize on the small size sample at the same time, both large sample size, can meet the needs of the quantity of a variety of users, can be achieved from the activation, leaching, sample, sample collection, collection, dilution, full automatic regeneration of the whole process of solid phase extraction, extraction channel 6, 48 samples and continuous processing, greatly improve the efficiency of experiments.
Features
1 High precision injection pump, the positive pressure on the sample, ensure the stability of flow rate, improve the accuracy and reproducibility.
2 Mechanical arm 2 XYZ axis, high precision automatic positioning operation, injector needle inside and outside double cleaning mode, three kinds of optional cleaning fluid, effectively reduce the cross contamination.
3 3 and 6 channel running at the same time, improve the parallelism of sample processing. Sequential processing 48 samples, the experiment is more efficient.
4 Independent can replace extraction column module, suitable for extraction column 1, 3, 6, 10 mL.
5 reserved enrichment, optional quantitative concentrated blowing nitrogen.
