Electrode preservation
Polishing, ultrasonic process is completed, in room temperature dry to avoid light environment preservation.
If you need to use ultrasound for further processing of the electrode , the following points should be
noted
(a) It is not appropriate electrodes placed directly on the bottom of the washer to avoid too strong ultrasonic electrode damage ;
(b) poly tetrafluoroethylene coat electrodes should avoid the use of hot cleaning liquid ;
(c) polyether ether ketone the electrode should avoid the use of strong acid -type cleaning solution ( refer to the corrosion resistance of the PEEK material ) ;
(d) ultrasonic time not too long, generally not exceed 30s ;
(e) the container with the solution to be kept clean.
