Product Description:
GYD serial Thermal oil heater is a kind of new-typed heating equipment with heat energy conversion. It takes the electricity as power, changes it into the heat energy through the electrical organs, takes the organic carrier ( heat Thermal oil ) as medium, and continues to heat through the compulsive circulation of the heat Thermal oil driven by high-temperature oil pump, so as to meet the heating requirements of users. In addition, it could also satisfy the requirements of set temperature and temperature controlling accuracy.

Details:
1. The primary circulating pump provides the flow in the system to take the heat from the electric heater and transfer it to the users.
2. Electric Thermal Oil Heater can reach 320° C(600° F), HOS are custom designed for many process
3. applications such as Roller, Presses, Mold, Jacketed Vessel, Exchanger, Mixers, etc.
4. HOS series thermal fluid system is the most compact temperature control system.
The whole system includes an electric heater, centrifugal pump, expansion tank, control center, strainer, stop valves,platinum resistance thermometer sensor, pressure gauge with electric contact,alumina silicate fibre insulation and connecting piping mounted on a welded steel base.
