XCMG RP600 Double Pump

 

XCMG RP600 Double Pump Principle：When the motor drives the rotor to rotate, the blade projects outward under the dual action of the centrifugal force and the pressure oil at the bottom of the blade, and the top of the blade abuts against the inner surface of the stator. The four blades on the four-section concentric arc form four sealed working oil chambers with the outer surface of the rotor, the inner surface of the stator and the two distribution plates. These oil chambers change from small to large or large to small as the rotor rotates, and can be connected through the oil suction window of the distribution plate (connected to the suction port) or the oil discharge window (connected to the oil discharge port). Inhale or pressurize the oil. During each revolution of the rotor, each working oil chamber completes two oil suction and oil pressure, so it is called double-acting vane pump. Because the high and low pressure chambers are symmetric with each other, the shaft is balanced by force and is unloading.
