1. For existing pulleys on the market, pulling out the puller (especially the hydraulic puller) always pulls the edge of the pulley. On the 3 claws of the puller, a 5mm thick iron strip can be placed to increase the force area, which greatly reduces the possibility of damage to the pulley.
2. When installing, first grind the burr of the inner diameter of the wheel with a fine gauze, then apply a thin layer of grease, so that the pulley can be mounted on the shaft more easily.
3. Install the pulley to the motor shaft extension, remove the windshield, place the measuring shaft on the wall, and then hit the pulley against the shaft. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the motor side cover, or it may damage the centrifugal switch of the single-phase asynchronous motor.
4. When using a hydraulic puller to remove the pulley on the motor, the rotor can be removed and the pulley can be removed with a horizontal lathe to purchase a new pulley.
