Incoloy 825 alloy (UNS N08825) is currently in need of sulfur-containing oil and gas projects, and the quantity of AlloyO stocks is in a hurry. All 3.0mm thick coils are basically sold out.

Alloy825 has good corrosion resistance to various processing environments, including sulfuric acid, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, acid chloride and the like.

Compared with general austenitic stainless steel, nickel in alloy 825 also makes it resistant to chloride stress corrosion, while molybdenum and copper give it a relatively high corrosion resistance in a reducing environment.

This typical nickel-based alloy is easy to form and weld by technical processing.
