Shengwei has various levels CNC processing centers, EDM machines, Sodick low speed wire cutting, deep hole drilling machine, milling machines, lathes, grinders, CMM etc. From 35 tons to 1000 tons, there are more than 30 high precision single-color, double-color and special injection moulding machines. 

         Shengwei manufacture molds and products that contains automobile parts, home appliances, medical products, Household commodities, consumer electronics, mobile phone parts and accessories, and other fields molds. We have rich experience in the manufacture of multi-cavity mould, hot runner mould, precision mould, mirror mould, deep cavity mould, gas-assisted injection molding, and follow-up processing of injection molding. Depend on customers’ requires, we can provide services such as:

 (1) Designing 3D appearance, providing hand panels and making plastic moulds.

 (2) Making mould according to customer's 2D or 3D drawing.

 (3) According to customers’ sample, making reverse engineering design.

 (4) Provide plastic surface treatment such as injection moulding, panel spraying, screen printing, transfer printing...etc. until the finished product is assembled. we have a 10,000-level fully automatic dust-free spraying production line, primer/UV one-off mixed coating technology.            

 (5) IMD (IML/IMF/IMR) interior mold decoration technology.
