Pp board introduction
It is a plastic sheet made by adding PP resin to various functional Auxiliaries through the process of extrusion, compression, cooling, and cutting.
Thickness:
1-200 Long and Width Size 1000 * 2000 mm 1220 * 2440 mm 1500 * 3000 mm
Color: White / gray
Advantages:
1, high hardness, high melting point.
2, lower thermal distortion temperature(100 °C), low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity.
3, high impact strength, PP strength increases with the increase of ethylene content.
4, the surface stiffness and scratch resistance characteristics are good, PP board by adding glass fiber, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber to modify the PP, the flow rate of MFR in the range of 1 ~ 40, The impact resistance of low MFR PP materials was better but the tensile strength was lower. Therefore, there is usually no environmental stress cracking problem for PP plates.
5, PP board shrinkage rate is quite high. PP plates are semi-crystalline materials, and the shrinkage rate is generally 1.8 to 2.5 %. And the direction uniformity of shrinkage rate is much better than materials such as PE-HD.
6, has excellent hygroscopicity, anti-acid and alkali corrosive, anti-solubility
Purpose:
Applied to acid-base resistant equipment, electroplating equipment, solar photovoltaic equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water and exhaust gas discharge equipment, washing towers, dust-free rooms, semiconductor plants and related industrial equipment, and is also the first choice for the manufacture of plastic water tanks. Among them, PP thick plate is widely used for stamping board, punching mattress board and so on.
