Tisco Hadfield manganese X120 mn12 steel sheet plate 1.3401 A128
- Plates 3mm to 5mm thick, 900mm to 1100mm wide and up to 2200mm long.
- Plates 6mm to 40mm thick, 1500"mm to 1900mm wide and up to 10000mm long.
The characteristics of X120MN12 :
- high abrasive resistance,and impact toughness
- Work hardening steel - the more impact and abrasion it gets the harder the surface becomes.
- Steel stays ductile underneath - as the surface wears - only outer layer gets hard.
- With continued impact the manganese steel can harden to HB500 above.
- When rolled - never brittle.
- Work hardened surface is almost friction-less.
- Non-Magnetic
- Quenched, annealed and austenitic
- Can be cut by plasma / laser / water jet / oxy-acetylene
- Made to ASTM A128 standards, EN X120Mn12, DIN 1.3401,JIS SCMnH11, and China National Standard GB Mn13
